Thie Ushtey is both an online test centre and an IT teaching facility. It caters for the online driving theory test centre, Isle of Man Government training, and administration based courses.
The William Kennish Building was originally the former Douglas water treatment works, and following refurbishment was officially opened on 11 November 2014 by a decendent of William Kennish.

Our Hills Meadow campus is home to some of our Engineering courses (in our Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre (AMTC)) and Sport courses.
Students enjoy a common room equipped with drink and snack vending machines. Students are advised to park in the Bowl carpark (opposite the centre), as there is only a limited amount of student parking at the front of the building. Staff and visitor parking is available at the rear of the centre.
